Brownies

Even though everyone loves brownies, we’ve found that people have different perceptions of what a brownie should look, feel and taste like.  Some like them dense and fudgy.  Others enjoy lighter brownies that are more like cake, only richer.

The good news is that, whatever your preference, Batch has a brownie for you! All our brownies share that signature Batch Brownie moist crumb and texture, but some are more dense and fudgy than others.

At some point, though, you should try a batch from the other end of the spectrum—our brownies have been known to make converts!

Here’s a tip:  All of the brownies from the middle of the meter to the end are best served warm.  Just pop them in the microwave for 5-10 seconds per brownie, and prepare for chocolate nirvana!

Whatever flavor you choose, be assured that each brownie is whisked, sifted and stirred from scratch.   We use no preservatives, and even extracts are banned from our kitchen.
